I was lucky enough to have the privilege of meeting Haziq while attending the California Maritime Academy. We became good friends over the course of the four years we attended - especially in the latter years. Haziq had such positive energy, and he was truly a joy to be around. I will always treasure the good times we shared. He will be greatly missed... God bless Haziq and the Jamil family. Haziq will remain a part of my daily prayers for the rest of my life.
